Tourism fee imposed by the Government of Dubai is $6 (AED 20) per day. In addition to this a 5% VAT is also now imposed in Dubai. Please note that the above Tourism Fees and VAT are to be paid at the time of your check in. You will need to bring this in cash (In USD or AED Only).

Kindly note that these fees are government related and therefore we reserve the right not to give the property unless these fees are paid.

Please note the below important points:

We provide you with bed linen, towels, kitchen equipment and appliances, high-speed WIFI and TV with local Arabic and English channels.

Garbage room is on the same floor as the apartment. Please dispose all garbage there and please do not throw anything from the balcony.

Please pay attention to the cleanliness of the place and the furniture. We do our best to provide you with an apartment in tip-top condition, we count on you to return it in an orderly manner. Once you leave we will be doing the cleaning for our next guest.

It’s a holiday home, so we are gladly offering you a fully equipped place where everything you might need is available, nevertheless, it is not a hotel, so a 24h room service or cleaning is not available

Kindly do not take back with you pieces of furniture or decoration, please value our effort and money in decorating the place and making it up to the next guest’s expectations.

No parties with loud music are allowed, if you want to party please do it quietly and sensibly as many guests on the floor have infants and live a quiet lifestyle. We reserve the right to vacate any guests not obeying this.

The security at the reception are not at your disposal, their only responsibility is to keep you safe. They will be available for you ONLY if you face a security concern. Please do not contact security for any concern within the unit. Please only call the person whose details are in your booking information.

The keys of your apartments are electronic card keys, kindly do not dispose of them or lose them as they are very expensive to replace.

The lowest temperature for the AC thermostat is 18.5 degrees, please do not go below this temperature as it will deactivate the AC.

If you want to use the metro please note that eating, drinking, and chewing gum is strictly prohibited, pay attention to the class you board (1st or 2nd class), and pay attention not to board in the wagons dedicated to ladies only.

It's a non-smoking apartment, smoking is ONLY allowed on the balcony.

We will charge 400 AED in deposit AFTER your departure in the event of losing the electronic card keys of the parking or the apartment, and/or smoking in the apartment.
