The entire house and exterior areas are for your use. One housekeeping, closet and backyard shed is locked for personal belongings.

You will receive your door code and information on check-in day when house is clean and ready for you.

The house has recently been remodeled and ready to host you! Please respect the property and its contents

Additional rules
Please include the correct number of guests when making your reservation. Nightly rate is based on 9% occupancy. How can sleep 11 utilizing both couches. Extra guest fee of $30 per night is applied for guests over nine up to 11.

Please park in the driveway and not in the road.

Take responsibility for your pets – include them in the reservation, clean up after them, and report any damages

Please turn off the propane let the grill cool and then cover up after use. Close the outdoor umbrella when not using.

Additional requests
Load all the dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Be sure not to block any moving parts or the soap dispenser lid. Do not overload. Run on quick wash. Message upon leaving so that we can arrive to clean
