Nice location to Charlotte. Great for short or long stays. Host Heather was fast with communication and check-in and check-out could not have been easier. Tons to do locally and with a little drive to Charlotte. Charlotte is a beautiful city with much history.

Nice house, nice neighborhood. A suggestion to the host, while I left 5 stars I was upset there were no bathroom items such as body wash, conditioner, or shampoo. 100% of every Vrbo I have stayed at has had these amenities. When you’re paying that kind of price to stay the night I shouldn’t have to drive to Walmart to get toiletries after a 3 hour drive. I hope you fix this.

Pleasant stay

We stayed here over Easter weekend to see our son and family. It was a small 2 bedroom and 2 bath place that was extremely clean and had many extras. The kitchen was well equipped with supplies and the bathrooms had extra toiletries. They had a lot of board games and some toys to keep the younger ones happy. I would definitely stay again.

Weekend Trip

My family and I enjoyed this listing while visiting some friends for the weekend. The house is just off the exit and centered around multiple restaurants and activities. The owner was very responsive and allowed us to check in early which gave us longer opportunities to see our friends. If we are ever in the area again we will be staying here!

Super clean & cozy house in a very quiet neighborhood. Close to grocery store & restaurants, less than 15 minutes to racetrack in Mooresville. We’ll stay here any time we have a race weekend!

Very nice home.

This is a very nice home, very clean and comfortable. It's in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We are seniors and the driveway was a little steep for us but otherwise it was just what we wanted.

I've been duped before with pictures that didnt match what they showed BUT this was NOT the case! What you see is exactly what you got! The pictures matched exactly and it was soo worth it! It was even quiet and peaceful for being in a housing development. Close to so many restaurants and shopping choices. Great location for the avid Nascar fan. Very easy to get to most shops in an hour radius. Definitely a 10 out of 10!

We rented this place for the 12th of May. Then the fuel crisis occurred and we were not able to travel to Mooresville. The owner was a nice lady who agreed to offer us the place or another day, provided it was not booked. Well, when I called her to ask her if could stay, she never answered the phone or replied to my text message comment. Considering the situation, she could have refunded us our money or at least allowed us to stay when we needed (5 days later). So, I paid for nothing.

Communication was spotty with Carl. As mentioned, I agreed he could arrive the following evening instead if needed. Carl also asked for early check in days beforehand. He never arrived either day. We were already booked the dates he then determined he needed. We tried to be accommodating but Carl would be better suited for a hotel that has the ability to work with his last minute requests.

Overall a good stay. This was the first place I've ever stayed that didn't have any shampoo, conditioner or bodywash. So make sure you bring your own.
