Start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Set the A/C to 78º upon checkout. $100 fee applies if it’s not left at that temperature.Use the A/C responsiblymax temp 72ºand keep doors and windows closed.Report any issues to the host immediately.
An additional fee of $30 will be charged for each additional guest not included in the original reservation.
For stays of more than 30 nights, a mandatory intermediate cleaning will be required, which will have an additional cost of $250.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The house is nice and would stay here again. However, it wasn't set up well to be a VRBO. eg, there were no hand towels or silverware (outside of 4 random forks). The dishwasher was not unloaded when we got there and the master bedroom as a keypad on it (and it took awhile to get the code). With a few of those things addressed, it would be a great place to stay in the area.
