Whether you’re here to relax, reconnect, or recharge, this cozy and emotional space was created to bring you warmth, peace, and joy.

Safety is our priority — the space is equipped with a fire extinguisher, smoke detector, and carbon monoxide detector, all in compliance with fire safety regulations. As a host with hotelier experience, I take great pride in maintaining this space with care and professionalism.

About the Space
Located on the 5th floor of a building with an elevator, this unique duplex loft offers both comfort and charm.

Downstairs, you’ll find:
• A cozy bedroom with a queen bed and a single bed
• A spacious kitchen and dining area with a large table — perfect for sharing meals or getting work done

Upstairs, you’ll discover:
• A loft-style living room (which can double as a sleeping area)
• A private outdoor terrace with direct views of Lotte Tower
• A beam projector for watching Netflix or TV
• Beautiful lights, perfect for setting the mood, taking photos, or enjoying board games

It was a great location, good food all around, walking distance to a lot of attractions. Check in was smooth and easy, building was super clean. Little coffee shop down the street had amazing French toast. The balcony was a pleasure to be able to sit outside which is rare in Seoul…

Callia is an excellent host! She provided recommendations of local restaurants, transportation, and activities. She replies promptly, which made our very first visit to Seoul less stressful. The place is so cute. It comes with two bedrooms. The loft has two sofa beds that can be converted into two twin beds. There is a balcony on the loft. We are w of 5 with 2 kids. Kids slept in loft, which is prefect. The place is close to Lotte World Adventure, only one subway stop away. I feel it is walkable distance if you enjoy a walk. I am glad to choose this place. Although there was 1 review at the time we booked, it is a good stay.
