"The Maple", a charming Niagara B&B room, near Crystal Beach and Niagara Falls

Welcome to our lovely Maple Room - come enjoy our "country-hideaway-in-the-village".

Just 2 minutes from the village of Ridgeway, 5 minutes from the bustling summer beach town of Crystal Beach, and less than 25 minutes from the world-famous Niagara Falls, you'll still feel like you're nestled away in the country here.

Our double-lot, expansive property, has lots of open land. Cross our private bridge over Willow Creek and enjoy a big backyard, all to yourself. Bunnies and chipmunks will scurry about as birds of prey soar high above. There's a picnic table to enjoy outdoor meals and play board games, as well.

Our property backs onto protected forests, home to an abundance of wildlife, including deer, raccoons, squirrels, chipmunks, rabbits, mink, and skunks. You'll wake up to the sounds of nature - birds, frogs, crickets and other serene melodies. It's a birdwatcher's paradise here, with hundreds of species to admire - blue jays and woodpeckers are frequent visitors.

Your bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, dresser, Smart TV, 5000 BTU a/c, and a roomy closet. Enjoy the peaceful view out of your back window, overlooking the backyard and the woodlands beyond. There's a 3-piece bathroom outside your door (which may be shared with guests if our other room is also occupied at the time of your visit).

A continental breakfast of muffins, croissants, fruit, coffee/tea and juice is provided. Guest may request access to our main kitchen for meal preparation and cleanup.

Enjoy your breakfast, or other meals, outdoors, taking in the sounds of nature. Choose between a bistro table on a side deck by the creek, or our tree-shaded picnic table.

The nearby town of Ridgeway (about a 10-minute walk, or 2-minute drive) offers boutique shopping, cafes, restaurants, bars, pizza shop, craft brewery with live music performances, dollar store, post office, RBC bank, ice cream and food truck. There's also a local farmer's market here each Saturday morning.

Crystal Beach is about a 5-minute drive. A bustling beach town in the summer, it is quiet and relaxing in the off season. Lots of ice cream and gelato shops, cafes, pizzerias, restaurants and quaint shopping. Ask us about all the fun things to do there!

The world-famous Niagara Falls are just 25-minutes away, with tons of fun amusements and activities to entertain there (Maid of the Mist, Clifton Hill, ferris wheel and amusement rides, wax museums, white water rafting, helicopter tours, top tier concerts and comedy legends, horseback riding... and so much more!)

Drive ten minutes up the road and embark on a mobile safari through Safari Niagara, where you'll see all sorts of exotic wild animals roaming freely in this popular safari park.
