The house was located in the area that we always stay in. We often to go to different beaches while we are at the cape to please everyone in our group, but it was very nice to have a quiet beach within walking distance for the days we didn't want to deal with all the traffic, and crowds. The house was perfect for our needs. Would definitely stay there again
