The children loved the bedroom designs, it really added to the magic of our Orlando trip. The villa location on Champions Gate is great as it is walking distance from the Oasis Club. On site security was well managed.

House was very nice and clean. Gameroom is awesome. Neighborhood is nice. Host is very welcoming and responsive. Would absolutely stay here again.

Just Ok.

Over all just OK stay. House could use some TLC. Pool deck full of grass and weeds. Several games in game room not working. Kitchen utensils,pots and pans need to be updated.

Best house and awesome host

The house was amazing we had a wonderful time. The host was amazing I highly recommend her. Our flights got cancelled twice and she quickly responded (within seconds) when I asked to extend our stay two different times for two extra nights. Was a seamless process. I give her 100 stars!!! And the company 100 stars!!! 5 stars just don't cut it!!! Can't wait to be able to come back. Highly highly recommended the whole experience.

Overall, the house was exactly what we expected. It was in a great location so close to stores, restaurants, and entertainment. It was well stocked with the basic essentials to get our vacation started. The only issue was the garage converted game room. It was very HOT as the air conditioner in that space was not working. The basketballs we mainly deflated and definite wear and tear on the air hockey game as the discs would not automatically fall out after a score and had to be shaken out. The pool was nice and clean. Great space for a party of 9 consisting of 4 adults and 5 teenagers/pre-teens.

I booked July 14th for the 24-26th. I was messaged on the 24th at 1 am stating they didn’t received my payment. I messaged back at 5 am when I seen the message they replied back at 10:40 when I was on the road that they tried to call me but my number was “disconnected”. I call them and stated that it was showing that they had collected the money I was on the way and that i was contacting the booking agency to see what was going on. The site I booked through stated they seen I paid and was contacting the host but 11:43 I was told my booking was canceled. The booking site stated they would handle the situation(on the phone with them the whole time) 3 hours into my trip I call the host. She had a horrible attitude and stated they had already rebooked the home to some else and had no explanation on why they were just reaching out at 1 am on the day of the trip about a payment.
