Enderly Park is a gentrifying neighborhood featuring a mix of newly developed upscale homes alongside more modest residences—reflecting the diverse and evolving character of a growing city like Charlotte. As an authentic city neighborhood, guests can expect the sounds of everyday life including children playing, neighborhood activity, and passing traffic. This is not a typical suburban setting but a lively urban community.
If you prefer a more uniform or suburban environment, we kindly suggest exploring accommodations in other areas. We appreciate your interest in our home and want to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

We have a small driveway that can fit 2 sedans and you can also park in front of the house where we have added a parking space. DO NOT PARK IN THE AREA BETWEEK THE NEIGHBORS FENCE AND THE TREE. THIS AREA IS NOT BIG ENOUGH TO HOLD A CAR AND MIGHT SCRATCH YOUR CAR. Just use the designated areas.

We don’t charge a pet fee because we trust our guests to respect these rules. Violations may result in fines.
