This was a perfect spot to call “home” for the week while attending a conference at the Convention Center. The home was comfortable and well appointed, and so welcoming for dogs (the basket of toys and treats was an especially nice touch, and the fenced in backyard was so convenient)! The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed.

This is a great spot. Cute and well designed with everything you need. Also a good location, close to downtown and close to the highway. Great communication and super helpful when we had an issue. Lots of smart technology so be sure to read the house manual and watch the tutorial videos on operating the front door lock and thermostat. We had a great weekend in Charlotte and I would definitely stay here again.

My family stayed the weekend of June 11-14 for a tour of UNCC for my daughter. We really enjoyed the house very much. It was very clean and the host communicated promptly when we had questions. It has a very nice size back yard for your pets. The location is great! It seemed like everywhere we wanted to go was 10 to 20 minutes away. We would definitely stay here again if going to the Charlotte area.

This home was extremely comfortable and there were so many extras provided by the host— from a fully stocked kitchen, coffee, teas to anything that would be needed such as first aid items to every type of hair styling tools you can imagine! There was even a thoughtful basket of dog toys and treats which our fur babies loved. The beds were very comfortable too! The huge fully fenced backyard was really loved by our dogs. I highly recommend this home. The host was very responsive when I had any questions. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

This place was amazing. She provided treats and toys for our pups along with a water and food bowl, poop bags and a wonderful yard for them to enjoy. The house was adorable and just as pictured. The beds were cozy and the kitchen had all the gadgets we needed. The home had a robot vacuum. I now believe I need to purchase for my own home. It was so easy to keep the place clean with a quick, daily run. Neighbors were always friendly and quiet.
