Beautiful and spacious 2 BEDROOM and 2 BATHROOM condo with excelent ocean view and a perfect location nearby LA ISLA shopping mall and front walking of the new best restaurants in town. Great for fulltime residence in Winter and Holidays. Enjoy breathtaking sunset and bay views in the beachfront balcony, kitchen ready to use and laundry facilities. Every bedroom with nice mountains view balcony and TV/CABLE. Bdrm#1 with a comfortable kingsize bed. Bdrm#2 with 2 matrimonial size beds. Nice living room with TV/CABLE and a comfortable studio couch ready to use. 8 seat glass dining table and breakast-kitchen bar with 3 benches. Ocean view,This place went way beyond my expectations. When you see pictures you always are a little suspicious to make sure the place matches up to the pictures and this place was way better than the pictures. Everyone at the resort was friendly and wonderful Francisco was awesome you guys made an impression on me if and when I go back it will definitely be there.

Grand condo, On ne se sent pas à l’étroit, les chambres sont confortable. Nous avons aimé l’emplacement avec une belle vue sur la baie de Banderas et des coucher de soleil. Notre hôte Francisco répondait toujours rapidement à nos questions et avec courtoisie. Les deux points négatifs de notre séjour sont le manque d’articles de cuisines et le bruit excessif la fin de semaine provenant du restaurant et club à proximité.

Lovely condo!

We enjoyed our 2 week stay at the Grand Venetian. The condo is well stocked with everything we needed, from bedding to kitchen and dining supplies. The owner was responsive to our questions and very easy to deal with. The master bedroom actually has 2 standard double beds, presumably because the extra large king bed wouldn't fit due to the room configuration. The king bed is in the second bedroom, so takes up the majority of the space, but there is still room to move around with no difficulty. The king bed was actually less comfortable than the doubles, at least to our liking. We ended up using the doubles, but many people would likely find the king just fine. With a little better mattress and/or box spring this condo would definitely be a "5". Thank you, Francisco for a wonderful stay in beautiful Puerto Vallarta!

Ocean view condo with everything you will need for a relaxing vacation.

We enjoyed our time here in this lovely condo. We didn't fully make use of the well supplied kitchen as we ate out with friends often. Everything you need for cooking basic meals is here, laundry facilities right in the condo as well. Coffee on the balcony while whale watching was my favourite! One elevator was down for repair while we here and that was inconvenient as the wait was quite long sometimes and often full when it did finally stop. My husband couldn't do the stairs so that option was out for us. Also there were some security issues with us inviting friends over to visit but hopefully they will have that sorted out as we then had to meet our friends outside of the condo gates and go somewhere else to visit. There were 5 different pools and it was still sometimes difficult to find places to sit if we didn't get down early enough. Although it did seem like security watched that people didn't save chairs for hours. Towels were removed if people didn't come back to their chairs after an hour away. all in all, a great place to stay for your tropical vacation.

Fabulous accommodation and location

We stayed in the unit for just over 3weeks and had a great time. The unit is spacious, well equipped and the owner was most accommodating. We were extremely satisfied.
