We had an amazing stay and couldn’t be happier with this rental. The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. The space was comfortable and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed, which made it easy to relax and feel at home. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to do while still feeling peaceful and private. The host was fantastic: friendly, responsive, and clearly cared about making sure we had a great experience. We have just returned from a wonderful 8 night stay at this beautiful condo. The condo itself was immaculate and very well equipped with everything we needed. The little extras provided by the host were noted and appreciated. The location is absolutely perfect. Beautiful part of the island with gorgeous pools and our own little private beach. The view of the ocean from our balcony was second to none and most enjoyable with our morning coffee. It is in walking distance to beautiful Mullett Bay Beach as well as a convenient market and restaurants. The host is absolutely lovely. She was great to deal with providing quick responses to our questions and she even provided us with a list of her favourite restaurants on the island. We would highly recommend this condo/location, we will definitely be returning. Thank you so much Banu for making our first trip to St. Maarten the perfect vacation!

The condo is beautiful with an exceptional view. The condo was very well furbished with everything I needed including cooking and kitchen equipment and utensils. The close proximity to the Market makes buying groceries very convenient and it is located in my favorite part of the island. Quiet but a short drive to both the French and the Dutch sides great beaches and hot spots although the pools and private beach at the property are amazing. Having a parking garage so your car is in the shade is very nice as well. I travel a lot and this is definitely at the top of my list for the overall experience and will definitely be booking again as I come to the island several times a year.

Amazing Stay at Rainbow Beach Club – Hidden Gem in SXMThe condo itself was spacious, clean, and very well equipped. The full kitchen, comfortable living space, and large bedrooms made it feel like a true home—not just a rental. The unit had a beautiful ocean view, and waking up every morning to that scenery was something special.Our host Banu was very welcoming.
