These two bedrooms have access to an updated bath with new tiling. Off of the kitchen on the left side of the house is the master bedroom with a King size bed, and slider to a deck for those that enjoy the Cape Cod salty air. The master also enjoys cable television, and a private bath with separate tub and shower. The fifth bedroom is another plus for this property. It has it's own separate entrance into the lower level of the house, just below the deck, and boasts a private bath, three twin beds, and a table for puzzles or games.

You won't need your car to enjoy the serenity of beautiful Nantucket Sound sandy beaches with it moderate waves and warm waters. **** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
