Great family place

Had a great week with family from all over. Initial issues with A/C but issue was resolved quickly and no further problems the rest of the week. Home was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. Short walk to beach. Beautiful view. Would definitely stay there again.

Bird Sanctuary

Spectacular location overlooking a veritable bird sanctuary. House was wonderful: clean and well appointed. The private HOA beach is, perhaps, a 200 yard walk. The location is perfect, and the neighborhood is quiet.

Gorgeous location, other details mixed.

The location is stunning, a gorgeous view off the deck, with only a short walk to quiet private beach. The bedrooms vary significantly, the master bedroom is spacious and very comfortable but the others are not as nice, the basement room is very basic and utilitarian, and the other 3 bedrooms are small, cramped, and dated. A disadvantage to being booked through a rental agency, there isn’t accurate information about other details like the contents of the kitchen, the availability of paper goods, cleaning supplies, dish towels… Stay for the location, not the bedrooms.

Idyllic view over Nantucket Sound

This was an amazing house. The pictures online do NOT do it justice. It was just about the perfect location with an amazing view of the wetlands and the beach beyond. Tons of birds and wildlife right off the huge deck where we all ate our dinners every night. The manager was super responsive with some minor issues that came up. The secluded private beach is a 5 minute walk down the lane which is what we did every day. We will be back!

Pictures don’t do it justice!

This house is beautiful, and the views are absolutely stunning! Our group of 11 enjoyed every minute. The photos don’t reflect how well-maintained the home is and its proximity to a private beach.

Amazing views, location, beach

Despite a rainy start on day we had a great time, weather. Everything went as planned. The lower level room is not the best. The house is anazing, the sunsets uniqu.

The view is amazing and the home is a multigenerational Dream

We stayed for a week in August 2020 With Five adults, a toddler and 5 year old. There was plenty of room for everyone - particularly for the two who were working hard during the whole vacation. Dinner on the deck with views of the Nantucket sound Was perfect. We cooked out every night and loved it. The beach is a short walk and great for small children. Don’t miss The shower under the deck for sandy feet. We loved our week

Great house in a perfect location

Beautiful spacious house that satisfied the needs of our family (age range from 9 to 76! Incredible view and great proximity to a private beach., markets, and town. The only issue we had was the WiFi often did not work. Certainly not a big deal during a vacation, but did cause some frustration. Would absolutely stay there again!

We are so happy that you enjoyed staying at this rental property. One thing I should point out is that the Wireless Connection had an issue but we were able to resolve the problem. Somehow the modem was reset to factory settings. Fortunately we were able to figure things out and the Wireless Connection and internet were up and running.

End of summer family retreat

The property exceeded expectations. The light; the view; and the privacy of the house are great, yet the house can easily handle 10 guests. We will be back if this home is available.

hot and humid

there was no air conditioning in most of the home for 5 days. During that time it was very hot snd humid. we were told it was due to the recent storm. This was not the case according to the repair men.

Unfortunately due to the Tornado Storm that occurred on the Cape many contractors were running very behind. The technician that originally looked at the air conditioning system indicated that part of the problem may have occurred during the storm but that part of the a/c system would have to be replaced. We made every attempt to replace the damaged part of the system earlier in the week but it was not possible. The left side of the house had central air because it was two different units. We sincerely hope that you still enjoyed your stay which you indicated when you handed in your keys.

It’s hidden- but when you find it you won’t be disappointed

Super clean and beach access is a short walk to a empty beach. First day on the beach we saw a seal swimming between the jetty’s The kitchen is ready to go if you are a avid cook! Check the vintage Fanny Farmer cookbook for some original inspiration. AC is a must and it works perfectly. Lots of space for kids and their friends, friends... Lots of restaurants in the area- check Waquasett inn ( my rec) Rent your own or bring your own sheets, pillows as well if you’re like me. If you rent the linens it’s a easy process. Good luck- we stayed the week of 7-13-19
