LIVING & ENTERTAINING (Interior)
Enter the home through the front door into the foyer. Hang your hat and kick off your shoes and relax! You’re made it. Immediately to your left is a living room with ample seating for 7. A comfy leather sofa (also a queen pullout sofa) is enough seating for 3, a leather loveseat is seating for 2 more and two leather swivel side chairs, for a total of 7, all encircle a large wood coffee table. This is the room to catch up with old friends or family members or play some board games with the kids.
To the right of the entry is the great room, with a family room, dining area and kitchen. The family room has a large leather section with 3 built-in loungers. The coffee table is where you can find board games for some great family competition. The 55” SmartTV is equipped with Roku and has a Denon 5.1 surround sound speaker system…perfect for watching your favorite TV shows and movies. Don’t forget your Netflix or Prime account numbers!
The TV cabinet below the wall-hung TV also has a stereo system and an electric fireplace for some warm ambiance. A classic stereo cabinet with a turntable, complete with dozens of classic albums might just set the tone for a nostalgic, memorable evening.
Adjacent to the living room area is the dining area. The dining table seats up to 8 people. It’s a bar-height large wood table with 8 chairs (2 per side) for a great, intimate dinner spot.
Next to the living area is the kitchen which features all stainless-steel appliances and a solid wood butcher block island for food prep. Gorgeous cherry wood cabinets and black granite countertops give the kitchen an elegant, homey feel. Appliances include: a Samsung French door fridge with ice and water dispenser on the outside and freezer on the bottom, a Jenn Air 5-burner gas stove and oven combination, a multi-functional Bertazzoni microwave oven, and a Kitchen Aid dishwasher. A large walk-in pantry can store all your food items for the time you’re there.

Downtown there are over 12 wine tasting rooms, along with a distillery and local craft breweries. The downtown City Park offers free summer concerts from June through August every Thursday night. Pack a picnic basket, a bottle of wine or two, your beach chairs and enjoy local musicians belting out everything from Jazz to Rock and Blues.

A few miles from town there is an Albertson's on Niblick and Trader Joe's is just down the road a bit on Vineyard Drive in Templeton. While at the Trader Joe's you can pick up some fresh caught fish at Pier 46 Fish Market or head on over to the butcher, Stinson Meats, for some grass-fed local meats and game. Some of our favorites in Paso Robles include BL Brasserie, The Hatch, Thomas Hill Organics, Buena Tavola, Fish Gaucho, Street Side Ale House, The Alchemist, Andrea's on Pine and Jeffry's Wine Country BBQ. Just a bit to the south, in Templeton, offers a few more options including McPhee's where you can find some of the best wood-fired steaks in town.
