We have taken great care to ensure that you have everything you need to feel at home during your stay.

The living room features two couches, a coffee table, a smart Tv with cable and large windows with views to the outside.

★Kitchen:
The fully equipped kitchen has all the basics: a large fridge, dishwasher, oven & stovetop, drip-down coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave and more.
A new sponge, dish soap, trash bags and dishwashing detergent to get you started are included.

★Dining:
Enjoy your meals at the dining table that comfortably seats up to 4 people, next to the kitchen.

★Master bedroom:
The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed with night stands & lighting, a dresser, a tv, a balcony and an en-suite bathroom.
Bedding & linens are included.

★Guest bedroom:
The guest bedroom has 2x single beds with balcony access.
Bedding & linens are included.

★Bathrooms:
Both bathrooms are equipped with tubs.
Towels, a blow dryer and essential soap products are included.

★Balconies:
You have balcony access via the living room and both bedrooms. The view is facing inland.

★Community:
Communal areas within the residence include a welcoming lobby, exercise room, party room with a full kitchen, and a refreshing swimming pool for your enjoyment. Please note that pool temperature may vary depending on outdoor conditions, and during colder weather, it may not always reach the desired setting. The pool is heated seasonally in accordance with Homeowners Association guidelines. Guests are kindly asked to follow all HOA pool rules, including posted hours of operation.

★Laundry:
There is a communal laundry room in the building.
Basic detergents are supplied to start you off.

★Miscellaneous:
Check-in starting 4 pm & check-out by 10 am.

★Important Notes & Rules:
This rental requires approval from the Home Owners Association (HOA), which involves a background check, reference letters, and phone interview and takes up to 30 days to process before arrival.
The $150 application fee is included in the booking fee, though this amount may change.
No pets, no exceptions.
Use pool and hot tub at your own risk, no lifeguard on duty. Supervise children at all times.
No parties and non-smoking.
AC cannot be lower than 70 F and heat cannot be higher than 77 F.
Don't leave doors/windows open when AC/Heat is running

Traveling with a little one? We offer a Pack 'n Play for use during your stay for a one-time fee of $50. This includes clean, fitted sheets for your convenience. Just let us know in advance if you'd like to add this to your booking!
