Great value for money. Seems to be newly on the market, so some kinks to be ironed out still, like a weirdly oversensitive motion-sensored alarm system. Biggest issue is location, the house is NOT where maps says it is, but one bend in the road further up, not visible from the road, its 22a (which maps won't find), not 22 as it says in the description - that's a house under construction.
Once you find it, you are in the middle of nature, with a river in the backyard that keeps you cool even on the hottest days. And a wood stove too keep you warm, tho the very curvy road could be a worry in winter. The garden is still work in progress, including a prefab house that presumably will become an extra bedroom. Already, there is an extra bedroom downstairs, so parents with one older kid can have privacy. And a fantastic porch. All of that 7 minutes from the old city by car - but you do need a car. That said, the price we paid was very reasonable, and would have made sense even with taxi bills on top.
