Here you will find direct access to one of the best groomed snowmobiling trail systems the state has to offer. Looking for even more adventures, our home is located on the ATV, UTV trail system connecting you to the largest tri-state trails system you’ll find anywhere.

Whether you’re here for the snowmobiling, an off roading adventure, hiking the mountains, an angler challenging the Connecticut or Mohawk River or casting into some of the best lake fishing in the state, making a ‘hole in one’ at the golf course, or seeking peace and serenity surrounded by beauty with endless starry skies to seeing the Northern Lights, you are sure to truly enjoy staying at Reed’s Cottage.

I have been serving the public most of my life and I love it! I have a passion for cooking and making my home comfortable for all who visit. I love feeding family and friends who come for visits and have them truly enjoy themselves.
The dreamed of having a sweet little place where I could have guests come and enjoy themselves and Reed’s Cottage was a dream come true and having breathtaking mountain views made this little cottage a truly magical place and absolutely perfect in every way. It is totally my pleasure to share this special place and hope that all my guests will enjoy it as much as I enjoyed making it special for them.

The property offers a unique experience with breathtaking views, surrounded by comfort, conveniently located with direct access to some of the best ATV, UTV and snowmobiling trails in the Great North Woods in New Hampshire. Everything you need, want or desire or just have the passion to do is only minutes away. I feel that my guests can totally relax and/or be ready to explore and find adventure. Aside from great trail rides we have great fishing, hunting, snow shoeing, cross country skiing, sightseeing, hiking, kayaking, canoeing, golfing, speedway, and great places to eat whether it’s in town or exploring one close by be extremely comfortable, private, and free to play and explore and enjoy all that this property has to offer.
