Valentine’s Day weekend getaway

We booked this beautiful cabin for three nights to do some snowmobiling on Valentine’s Day weekend. The place was charming and clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect with easy access to the trails. And Danielle was a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

We had an amazing stay! The owner was very responsive and greeted us when we first arrived. The inside of the house is exactly as the pictures depict, clean and charming. Perfect trail access for snowmobiling. Couldn't have asked for a better weekend.

Snowmobiling

Property was new and extremely clean. Kitchen and bathroom was well stocked. Host was a very kind lady. She met us and drove us up to house. Property was very close to trails. Great stay!

Very cute get away

We were hoping to do some snowmobiling but unfortunately we were at the end of the season. The trails were all melted and the guys renting snowmobiles had just closed up for the season due to the warm weather. But house is located right on the snowmobiling and ATV trails. Little problem getting hold of homeowner due to cell phone service. But would rent again as it was very clean. Few good restraunts in the area also.

Great spot!

We had a great time at this little cabin. Beautiful wooded lot, nice yard, firepit was great. Loved the big covered deck area, lots of space there. Great trail access, right on the beds with direct access to Colebrook and beyond. Inside was perfectly clean, and all the amenities were there, plus more. Cant wait to go again!

Perfect in every way

Danielle was very easy to communicate with. She even made sure we knew exactly where everything was including snowmobile trails. The cabin was clean, spacious and had all of the necessary amenities to make our short stay great. Highly recommend.

Snowmobiling

The rental was very clean, comfortable and had a well stocked kitchen. The proximity to the snowmobile trails was excellent except for the lack of snow. When we rented the cabin we did not realize the close proximity of the neighbors. We prefer to a more secluded environment however, the neighbors were very quiet with no noise.

Unfortunately due to mechanical problems with my snowmobile we weren’t able to make it, but Danielle was very understanding of the situation. I hope to rent the property for a snowmobile trip next winter!

Not What I am Used to from VRBO

The property was very clean and the host met us in town to take us there. When I called and requested bedding for the pull out and batteries for the various remotes she brought them in a timely fashion. The location was in a trailer park, which was a surprise. There was no fire pit as indicated in the listing. Amenities were at a bare minimum - one liquid soap dispenser and one tiny bar of soap in the bathroom. There was nowhere to put anything, including in the bathroom. The large living area had two three person sofas and a TV over an electric fireplace, no end tables or coffee table. One bedroom had a small bookshelf in addition to the bed, no night stand, no closet; suitcase had to go on the floor. The second bedroom did not even have the small bookcase. There were hooks everywhere for coats and bags but nowhere for personal items to be stored and easily accessed. The kitchen had spices and one roll of paper towels as well as sufficient plates and silverware and cookware. There was also a half bottle of dish washing liquid and one of the bathroom towels and one washcloth to do dishes. The people were very nice and we enjoyed the eclipse from the front yard, but I suggest they stay at their own place for a weekend and make some additions to the "amenities".
