This incredibly spacious Pittsburg rental with stunning views of Lake Francis offers convenient location and getaway comfort. Home includes beautiful knotty pine walls and ceilings as well as living room with wood stove and sliding glass doors leading out to large back deck. Enjoy the serene mountain setting and backyard stretching to the lake from your own private deck! Also has nice open kitchen and breakfast bar, three newly renovated bedrooms and a full bath. Includes convenient washer and dryer right off of kitchen with extra hallway leading to an additional guest section of the house. This extra space offers a bedroom, full bath and family den area complete with a cozy wood stove and private entrance. Perfect for those extra large groups! Wake up and fall asleep to this picturesque landscape and enjoy all the North Country has to offer.
Please note the base price of the reservation covers two people. Each person above those two people will be charged $50 per person per night. To get a proper estimate from VRBO you will need to include the total of people in the party.

The hosts were very nice. Unfortunately the cleaners did not do a good job, the bathrooms were clean and the house was swept but the floors were dirty and kitchen were not in good shape. The house has a lot of throw rugs which were very dirty and the extra family room had not been cleaned Several of the windows did not have screens or the screens were torn so we couldn't open the windows. The beds in the bunk room were very uncomfortable. They do like to feed the birds but when we arrived there was french fries, part of a burger and bird seed all over the deck. It does have a great view but in general, the house needs some maintenance and furniture needs to be replaced.
We swept everyday but bird feeders are too close to the deck.

The house is very impressive - spacious, clean, and centrally located to all the fishing hot spots. Would highly recommend this property. Can't wait to rent it again in the future. Everything was great!

Amazing getaway home

My 2 adult sons, brother and I stayed at this beautiful property over the Columbus Day Holiday. We had a spectacular time. The house was situated on gorgeous Lake Francis with breathtaking view's. The home is beautifully decorated with everything you may need. We will absolutely be back. The owners were fantastic to work with, answering any questions that we had. 5 stars across the board

Pittsburg vaca

The property was beautiful with gorgeous views from the back deck. Communication with the owner was very easy and he was very responsive to all my questions. The only issue that I could say would be the road that passes by the house is busy. But that is not the owners fault. We definitely hope to stay here again!

So much natural beauty!

Our family loves vacationing at this place in Pittsburg. Lake Francis is beautiful and the house is very accommodating. James, the owner is very easy to work with. Mt. Magalloway, and Garfield Falls are nearby places we enjoy.

Perfect for Our Retreat

We used this property to host our small team of 6. This property was perfect for us. We spent two nights, everyone had their own space and there were two rooms that were great for gathering. The deck overlooking Lake Francis was our favorite place! The owner was communicative and helpful and we ran into 0 issues with the property. Thanks for a great stay!

4th of July stay

Communication with owner was great and the home was very clean. Pictures don’t show that it’s directly on the road and that the yard was shared with another cabin. Not a huge deal and wouldn’t have changed my mind on renting, just would been nice to know. I would definitely recommend to family and friends and I would stay there again myself.

Is amazing stay for a huge family

It was relaxing even though you're beside the road. It was quiet the bird feeders. The wind chimes off the deck and the view of the lake is unbelievable. It is quite a ways away from the lake.

We were very excited to see what we had rented. This was our first time in VRBO. The pictures did it justice. The weather was not what we were hoping for. The house was. It was well stocked with what we needed down to the dishwasher which was very much appreciated. Our complaints are that the beds were so uncomfortable. The mattresses were too soft. And there was no tissues in the house we had to use toilet paper. Other then that it was awesome and exactly what we needed. The view of the water was wonderful, the games we played from your game selection was great. The location was great. Thank you for sharing your home with us and we hope to do it again. Home Away From Home

We had such a relaxing time sitting on the deck out back. Great location for kayaking or just sitting by the fire. Every amenity offered so it was truly like living at home. You can hear the traffic go by at night because it's so close to the road, but I'd have no problem staying here again and again. Hoping to book again next year!
