☆The neighborhood roads can be bumpy and steep. We also have a steep driveway, which is paved, however, we strongly encourage only vehicles with 4 wheel drive and do not recommend driving a trailer of any kind down the driveway.

The cabin is on strict pest control and cleaning regimen but yet the forest life may find a way to join you since you are visiting their habitat. We appreciate your understanding!

Why they chose this property
This part of Hochatown is the best location. Just far enough from the highway for peace and quiet, and close enough to the lake, casino and all the bars and restaurants Broken Bow is known for.
What makes this property unique
Truly private cabin on a side of a mountain, with fantastic long range views of the rolling timber for miles and miles. Such a beautiful and peaceful setting right in the middle of Hochatown!
