This home is beautifully decorated and completely furnished. It has a comfortable family room connected to a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The bedrooms on opposite sides of the great room gives this 1,080 sq ft cozy condo the perfect layout. Private balcony with table and two chairs to enjoy coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening with access from living room and master bedroom. Each bedroom has a brand new comfortable memory foam mattress. You always will enjoy clean, fresh sheets/bedding and towels. Wi-Fi internet, 200+ channels, laundry room in unit for your convenience, central A/C and heating. Ceiling fans. Access to gym, saltwater pool, hot tub and barbecue areas. One covered parking assigned but plenty of parking for guests. 20 minutes from Phoenix international airport. Located near the Westgate City Center which includes the Glendale Arena, the Cardinal Stadium, dining, shopping and entertainment. All of this within 4 miles distance. Easy access to ALL valley entertainment centers via the 101 loop and I-10 valley freeway system.

BEST place to stay in Phoenix!!!!

This is truly the BEST place to stay in Phoenix!! I stayed here for 2 months while I was house hunting and it felt like home immediately. The whole condo was impeccably clean and had everything you could possibly need. The owner, Felipe was amazing and always available. The neighbors were all friendly and the location was perfect, near the 101 and shopping centers. If you are looking for a home away from home, this is definitely the place to stay. If I have out of town guests, I will be renting this PERFECT condo again! Thanks for everything Felipe, I appreciate you!!
