Big Bear Cabin at White Mountain Lodge

Each cabin is individually owned, including the main lodge. Do not disturb the other cabins.

Two bedroom, one bath cabin, fully furnished. Front deck opens to the heart of Greer, close to dining, fishing and hiking trails. Full kitchen and gas fireplace, barbecue in the side yard area. Satellite TV in the living area and high speed internet with free WiFi. Three ponds within walking distance and Greer lakes within 5 miles.

In summer, Greer is an escape from high temperatures. Wildflowers sprout in alpine meadows alive with native wildlife including antelope, deer, and elk. Autumn means burnished leaves and crisp temperatures. Snow transforms the town to a Winter wonderland in the Winter. Recreational opportunities abound in every season. The clear waters of the Little Colorado River run right through town and three lakes offer sport fishing for trout. There’s also hiking, hunting, horseback riding, and skiing.

Greer is a small town with small town charm. Greer's atmosphere is quaint and peaceful. Enjoy lunch, dinner or a peaceful night cap at the famous Molly Butler Lodge. Breakfast and lunch at the Rendezvous Diner is a must and is within walking distance from your door. Check out the small shops while strolling down the historic main street which runs along the Little Colorado River.

Amazing stay! From sitting in the front swing reading and watching the deer, to sitting by the cozy fire it was perfect. Nice walk to meals at the Molly Butler lodge and Rendevous diner along the easily accessible town pathway. Watching the elk come out into the willows at dusk was awesome. We were able to explore several local hiking trails through the pines and aspens while enjoying mountain streams, meadows and local reservoirs. This was the perfect weekend getaway!

Weekend getaway with the wife. Great cabin, clean, well stocked and very spacious. Loved the location. We visit Greer 4-5 times a year and will definitely stay here again. Explored Alpine this time, as well had dinner and drinks in Eagar and Springer. Usual Sunday breakfast at the Rendezvous Cafe before our drive home. 5-6 inches of snow just made it more special.

It was a perfect place for the middle of the week. We had 4 adults & used the cabin as a resting place after a couple days of visiting the area of Alpine to see the fall colors.

Great Location! The cabin was perfect for our weekend stay. Very clean and had everything we needed and more. The only reason i am giving it 4 stars is because the beds ( mattresses) were too soft for our comfort unfortunately. Overall a great stay!

We had a great time during our stay. The host was very helpful, had good communication and the cabin was very clean and cozy. We had planned on going skiing but there was a lack of snow, despite this it ended up being one of our best Greer trips ever. The cabin was so comfortable we were able to sleep in (the beds were very comfortable) and just lounge around playing board games and watching movies. There is also a good hiking trail within walking distance as well as restaurants. We’d definitely stay here again.
