The ensuite Master bedroom has direct access to a screened-in porch with modern outdoor seating and a bar with TV.

The second and third bedrooms can sleep multiple guests. Both bathrooms offer walk-in showers

In addition to the screened-in porch, there is outdoor seating on a covered deck with outdoor dining for 8 in front of the porch covered with an patio umbrella.

We will allow you to park up to 2 Jet skis and V-Hull boat with a signed liability waver and will be parked at your own risk. Any trailers will count as a vehicle and cannot be parked in the yard or street. Pontoon boats would have to tie down to the pier as the lift cradle is for V-hull types only.

We have 4 Kayaks and a floating Lily pad to use, which need to be removed from the water daily please.

House Rules:
Our minimum age to rent this home is 28.
Parties are not allowed.
No loud music after 10:00pm per city ordinance.
No smoking indoors.
No extra guests allowed on premises without host approval.
5 car maximum parking in the driveway, no parking is allowed on the street or in the yard.
Please. pets are not allowed. We have a family member with severe allergies so please do not ask for an exception.

This lake house is licensed by the city of Tool to operate as a short-term rental.
