Our Luxury RV is set up in a quiet, private side yard just 3 miles from 3 Gulf beaches and historic Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks. We're 1 mile from the Pinellas Trail, 2 miles from Innisbrook Golf Course, 13 miles to Clearwater, 18 miles from PIE and 22 miles to TPA.
Perfect for couples, solo travelers, or digital nomads (5G Wifi) looking to blend comfort with a coastal vibe. Come enjoy Florida living with the charm of RV life—without giving up the comforts of home.

A very well stocked kitchen featuring a central island with solid-surface countertops, large pantry, a residential 20 cu ft French-door fridge, gas/oven cooktop (three burners), and a breakfast bar with swivel stools. Beautiful vinyl flooring and premium cabinetry throughout.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
Comfortable rear master suite with a walk-around residential king bed, storage wardrobes, and direct access to the full bathroom. The 1/2 bath off the kitchen makes it convenient for guests on the livingroom sofas.

A full rear bathroom with walk-in shower and skylight, plus a convenient half bath for guests near the living room.

Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please strip all used bedding and leave all towels and sheets in the shower. If you used the throw blankets in the ottoman, please leave them out so I can wash them for the next guests.
Make sure the awning is closed and lock the door.
Please put trash in the receptacle on the back side of the RV.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We purchased the RV new in 2022 and had it parked at an RV lot in Homosassa, FL. We loved every weekend there, but the lot rent ended up being too expensive for the amount of time we stayed. At that point, we brought the RV to our home and set up and beautiful and inviting space for guests.
Why they chose this property
Baywood Village is truly "old Florida". I love how it's centrally located and immediately off the Gulf. Our close proximity to several boat landings, parks, Tarpon Springs, Palm Harbor, Clearwater Beach, and Tampa makes this a great option!
What makes this property unique
If you've ever wondered what it's like to stay in a luxury RV, this is your chance! 5th wheels have more usable space than any other type of RV. Our RV truly has all the luxuries of home and amazing shower pressure and Wifi as a bonus! We also have Firesticks on the living room TV and bedroom.
