Renovated Two bedroom, One bath apartment on the Gulf Of Mexico at the Ozona Waterfront Villas. Ozona (Palm Harbor) is one of west Florida's best kept secrets. Lush palms, massive oak trees, lagoons, open Gulf views with sunsets, a quaint and fun downtown area with antique shops, restaurants, bars, breweries, wellness center and so much more. Walking or golf cart driving distance to downtown Ozona, and downtown Palm Harbor. Ride your bike or drive to the Dunedin causeway with restaurants and beautiful sunsets, rentals for paddle boarding, kayaks etc.

THIS BEAUTIFUL UNIT IS ONE OF FOUR ON THE PROPERTY. THERE MAY BE OTHER GUESTS THERE THAT WILL BE SHARING THE FIREPIT AREAS (2 OF THEM), DOCK, BBQ GRILL, PUBLIC LAUNDRY ETC.

Honeymoon Island, another local favorite is at the end of the causeway. Spend hours on Honeymoon Island and/or Caladesi Island enjoying sunsets and relaxing.

Close to Dunedin, Clearwater Beach, Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks, and so much more.

Bike ride, walk, or run on the 45 mile Pinellas Trail which is only feet away from the apartment. Pinellas Trail runs from Tarpon Springs to St. Petersburg.

The apartment can sleep 5. There is a king bed and a double bed. The fifth person would have to sleep on the sofa.

Great place! Located in a quiet neighborhood but walking distance to a couple restaurants. Nice dock where you could sit and watch the sea birds, fish jumping, and once even three dolphins swam in for a look.

We enjoyed this beautiful home. With a beautiful peaceful view of the water from the dining table and a second living/ office room. We had fun fishing, crabbing, birding. We also saw dolphins! Anthony was so nice he allowed us to grill and have family visit us here. Kitchen was fully equipped . They even provided beach towels! Beds were very comfortable. We truly recommend this place ! Old Florida Perfection

Our family loved our stay and will check again for availability when returning to the area. It is a perfect location for visiting Honeymoon Island and biking around Ozona and Dunedin. Great restaurants, breweries and parks if you have little ones. We saw dolphins off the dock one morning too! Perfect addition with our morning coffee. Thank you so much Anthony for your hospitality. It was quaint, cozy, and perfect for a small group to tuck themselves away for a few days. My only recommendation would be to have more bedding (blankets and pillows mainly) available. The kids got cold and we bought a couple of small blankets to tide us over. This was a minor detail and not enough to take away from the experience. Thanks to Anthony for a great stay!

Perfect vacation home

The Villa we rented in Ozona was great! Exactly as pictured. Full size kitchen with everything we needed, comfortable and spacious bedrooms along with a living room dining room that gave us a place to relax. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Even provided beach towels for our daily trips to the beach. The back patio offers a place to sit and watch the sunsets while listening to the fish jump! My grandsons (ages 4&6) loved their new "home"! Peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend and plan to come back again!

Lovely old Florida cottage on the water

We stayed two weeks at this little gem, and did not want to leave! Anthony was a fantastic host, checked in to make sure we were happy and addressed any issues quickly. Plenty of room for my daughter and me, and a great work space, which I used daily the entire time (the view beats any office, just 15 feet away from the water!). The shared laundry was very convenient, there were beach chairs and towels provided, and the kitchen was well appointed (we bought a few things to add :). The internet was top notch - I had zero issues doing back to back video calls every day. The other units on site were occupied pretty consistently, so it was a fun community feel to share the space, while still having plenty of privacy. The area is adorable, a couple of blocks away from a cute downtown area with a couple of restaurants, and side streets you can explore and even catch the sun setting. A bike trail is just a few blocks away, and there are some bikes on site to borrow. Super-fun, laid back experience that I much prefer over a hotel! One point to note is that we were provided with plenty of paper goods, dishwasher soap etc fir two weeks, which is highly unusual at vrbos. Definitely a nice touch not to have to supply your own!

Amazing vacation!! Home away from home!

Everything was great!!! It was Very clean. The host Anthony is wonderful!!! Any questions we had were answered and he was very informative and friendly. The AC kept cold in the hot month of August. Fishing off the dock is so fun and Anthony and his wife have so many extras there for use like bikes and kayaks too! My Dad who doesn’t travel often, felt comfortable and relaxed right away. We will definitely be back!!!
