Clean! Comfortable! Sun on both decks! Beach very clean, and beach chairs etc as stated. Convenient if you don't have your own or don't want to bring your own. Very short walk to the beach, SUCH a plus as this is the first thing I'm looking for when I am getting a place on the beach. I will address the stairs..as someone who doesn't do them well, they were built to easily climb, meaning the step up isn't too high, so that was a great plus. And they are nicely wide, width and length. And now for the host.. Very available and this particular trip a storm went through with power outages and the host kept me updated and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. A

It was a perfect stay! The studio had everything we needed. It was a great location and beds were comfortable and it was very clean. One of my best VRBO experiences yet. 😊
