Washington has always been home but currently I travel between different states. I would like my lovely space to be enjoyed while I'm out of state to offer a home away from home for others.
Why they chose this property
The neighborhood is so close to all the main roads and yet tucked so nicely on a little dead end street. It makes getting anywhere easy and quick whether needing to drop down into the Puyallup valley, head into Tacoma or travel. Its a well established neighborhood of home owners, very little traffic or kids and quiet and peaceful with larger lots and nature around.
What makes this property unique
This studio it is much larger and more functional than most apartments and I love the open feeling of the space with large window and the pane glass french doors. Looking out the front windows is the moss lawn and looking out the french doors located in the rear is the tiered yard and beyond that the neighbors lg mowed field. It all makes for an open peaceful feeling I enjoy.
