This building is a historic 1905 home, where we’ve taken care to preserve and restore many of the original features of the building. You'll be staying completely remodeled, daylight basement apartment designed to be a relaxing retreat for traveling professionals.

It features a queen-size memory foam bed, air conditioning, convertible sofa for guests, 58-inch smart TV & a fenced backyard. The kitchenette has everything you'll need including:

You will have access to a shared laundry room with the guests in Unit A. The fully fenced backyard is shared by the three units in this building. Please note that accessing this unit does require walking down a sloped driveway.
