Serene Oasis - 2 Bedroom - Less than 5 miles to the beaches!
Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Enjoy sunrises on the screened in porch and sunsets on the patio. Take a dip in one of two pools or visit beaches less than 2 miles away. We have Tennis and Pickleball courts, Corn Hole, (bean bags provided) Fitness center, Shuffleboard, Horseshoes and a boat washing station. Bring your clubs to practice your driving and chipping at our green that overlooks the pond. We are offering rentals from 7 days to 180 days. Must be 35 and older for this adult community. Children welcome. Everything is brand new from the beach towels to the appliances. Beach wagon is in the shed with the beach chairs and pool noodles. Cooler is in the pantry Rent the entire house, no cameras.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Complete Sun Resorts booking form and sign Rules and Regs to be submitted prior to arrival. Upon arrival, check in at office to obtain parking pass.
Leave leftover food in the refrigerator, it will be donated. Load and run the dishwasher. Leave used beds unmade, so we know which linens were used.
Tie trash bags tight to avoid critters. Bring trash to the dumpsters prior to departure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
