Comfortable memory foam mattress, fresh bedding, and custom blinds for the windows, creates the perfect environment for a great nights sleep. Spacious closets and ample space in the dressers will provide the space you need to settle in.

The property is equipped with two gorgeous three piece bathrooms. In the main house, enjoy the spay like feel of this modern bathroom with wall to wall matte white tile, illuminated floating shelves , floating vanity, modern toilet, and custom shower with sleek glass enclosure. Towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, and other items provided for your convenience.

The second bathroom is located in the detached patio bathroom. This beautiful detached structure has been painted by a local artist , Lilliana Mora, with a beatiful desert scene to provide an interesting atmosphere while relaxing in the yard. Inside discover another bathroom designed in a modern flare. The walls are finished in an industrial gray microcement mixed with a wood accent wall and ceiling. Taking advantage of the layout, enjoy the corner shower with luxurious rain head. The black sink and walnut vanity along with the black toilet finish off this uniquely appealing space.

Through the black pocket door find the laundry room with new washer dryer and ample counter space to address any of your laundry needs.

As you make your way to the outdoor space enjoy one of four spaces. Our intention outside was to create a clean, low maintenance space comprised of paver patios and artificial grass.

If further relaxing is your quest, enjoy the hot tub nestled beneath the shade sail on the west side of the yard. Professional maintained and cleaned weekly, the hot tub offers relaxation while enjoying views of the gorgeous mural of a humming bird. This property is named Casa Colibri which is humming bird in spanish.

After a dip in the hot tub, enjoy rinsing off in the outdoor shower equipped with hot and cold running water as well as hand held shower option.
