Opened in 2025, this modern desert retreat was designed to be a comfortable and memorable home base for exploring Southern Utah. With a private king bedroom, a cozy children’s loft, a full kitchen, spacious living area, fast Wi-Fi, and beautiful surroundings, it’s a great fit for couples, families, hikers, bikers, and stargazers.

Located just 15 miles from Zion National Park, The Riv is perfectly situated for hiking, biking, sightseeing, and relaxing after a day of adventure.

This suite sleeps up to 6 guests total: 4 adults maximum, plus 2 children and includes:

the stay was awesome! The place was super clean. Everything worked great. The on-site EV chargers were perfect for our trip. Probably wouldn’t have stayed here if they didn’t have the chargers, but everything else was amazing. The only negative was that the bull and spa were not open when we thought they were going to be. Overall would come back and stay again.

We drove up from Vegas on motorcycles to check out Zion and Bryce canyon. The house is super cool and was perfect for 3 of us. The house had everything you would need. Park entrance is close and there is a really good restaurant real close, walking distance if its nice. Highly recommend. Communication and check in was a breeze.
