About this property
BEAUTIFUL STUDIO CLOSE TO THE BEACH
Beautiful studio, very bright (afternoon sun), vintage Nordic design, completely renovated, with an excellent location: just 3 minutes walking to the beach (170m), and next to La Paloma Park and Bonanza Square.
It has 3 community pools, and garden area.
Accommodation
The accommodation has all kinds of amenities:
- Fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, microwave, ceramic hob, washing machine, toaster, kettle, nespresso machine, pots, pans, cutlery, crockery and glasses.
- Full private bathroom vintage style, with shower. Towels and shampoo are included. Hair dryer.
- Italian opening design sofa bed with comfortable 140x200m visco elastic mattress, and visco elastic pillows, for a guaranteed rest. They include sheets, bedspread, blanket.
- Space with round dining table and two armchairs, Nordic decoration, with beautiful views to the mountains, and lateral to the sea.
- LED TV 49 "with Smart TV.
- Includes free WIFI, excellent speed. Fiber 50 MB.
- Air conditioning hot / cold.
- Includes umbrella and towels for the beach.
- Iron and ironing board.
