Please know, if you stay here, the air conditioning does NOT keep up! We stayed here a week, it got up to 83 in the house. We contacted VRBO about it, the property manager called me and said he will send a guy out. I messaged to follow up, he claimed it was fixed, it was no different. When I messaged VRBO about it after following up with the manager, they claimed that it’s just because it was so hot. They did offer to let us leave and get some of our money back, but it was about half of what we paid and we couldn’t afford to get another place after losing half of what we paid for this one, so we decided to ride it out. It’s hot where we live, too, but our air always keeps up. We vacation in Florida/Alabama every year and have never had this issue. So if you’re ok with the house being 78-83 degrees during your stay in the summer, then this is a good rental. The pros were:*spacious *clean*communicative property managerThe cons were:*the air conditioner did not keep up *the flooring is uneven and sagged significantly in some places. I worried about some of the spots.

The property was nice. It was located in a good location near shops and not too far from the marina. If you want to do some deep sea fishing me and my friends enjoyed being here and it’s a place where most likely rent again.

The house is in a great location with plenty of space, comfortable with all the necessities. The reason I gave a 4 star rating was because 2 of the 5 beds did not have clean sheets. They looked clean but definitely were not, both had two different distinct odors. I did wash both sets the next morning after sleeping on the couch. Other than that, the stay was enjoyable.

The house was decorated nice and was very clean and spacious. There was plenty of seating in the dining room and living room. Our grandkids came over and threw the football in the backyard. It was in a good location. The host was available for any questions I had. He gave us lots of ideas for places to eat and things to do. We enjoyed staying there!
