Our cabin has been completely renovated and thoughtfully designed to provide all the comforts of home while allowing you to enjoy the beauty of New Hampshire’s Lakes Region.

The cottage was just as described. Clean, great layout with open room concept kitchen/living room as well as well as a screened in porch. The bedrooms each contained a fireplace. The Queen bed was very comfortable. Plenty of towels and supplies in the kitchen with a coffee bar with all the necessary coffee supplies. Great place for some relaxation with the beach/ pond close by. We will be back!

The cabin was perfect! The hot tub was the perfect sanctuary in the cold weather. Cabin has PLENTY of towels and dishes and condiments! The fireplaces in the rooms were a nice touch and something we enjoyed. We’ll definitely be back!

It was okay. Just not what I expected. I think I may have misinterpreted the listing and pictures on VRBO. I didn’t realize it was a mostly obstructed view of the lake - which is across the street from property and mostly blocked by the house across the street and limited natural light inside and outside of the rental. There was a lot of noise around the rental. People screaming, trucks, tractor, steam roller?, mini bikes, machinery noises - maybe yard work.

I am so sorry you didn’t have the best experience. We do strive to make sure all of our guests have the best experiences. I believe the pictures clearly depict the property and views very accurately. Most of our reviews mention “listing accuracy “ as something they liked. The lot is heavily wooded which does limit some of the natural light but it is also is what New Hampshire is all about. I was unaware of any road work being done during your stay and certainly could not control that. I would be happy to offer you a free night to make up for it if you would like to stay again.

Property was perfect for our mini vacation. I was clean and supplied with everything you could think of, from chips and salsa when you walk into the kitchen to plenty of clean towels, fire wood for the fire pit and gas for the gas grill. The house is cute and nicely refurbished, Wendy was great to work with and communication was great, will definitely be staying again!
