About this property

Ground Floor Condo With Easy Pool Access and All the Comforts of Home. Sleeps 6.

You won't want to leave this little piece of paradise, which features a state-of-the-art kitchen with granite countertops and Sub-Zero fridge. The suite features a layout unlike any other in the Kaanapali Royal complex.

The air conditioned suite is tastefully decorated and features a spacious and luxurious living room a large screen TV. The lanai is perfect for barbecuing and enjoying dinner on those warm Hawaiian nights.

Each bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom with rainfall shower heads. The condo sleeps four comfortably, but a sofa bed will accommodate two additional guests.

The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, but these can be pushed together to make a king sized bed, upon request. There is also a sofa bed in the living room, where 2 additional guests can be accommodated.

Free wireless internet access is also provided (computer not included), and free long distance calling to anywhere in North America.

Located on the ground floor, you will have easy access to the gorgeous garden and swimming pool and hot tub.

The Kaanapali Royal is a beautiful condominium resort located on the Royal Kaanapali Golf Course. The complex includes a heated pool, and two lit tennis courts close-by (with pickleball court lines).

The Kaanapali Beach Resort features two championship golf courses, a three mile long sandy beach, and shopping and restaurants can be found at Whaler’s Village and the Fairway Shops.

Please note that there is a resort fee that is due upon your arrival. This fee is not included in the booking fees.

This place is, in our opinion, the absolute best place to stay on Maui. We love it so much, and will rebook as soon as we can. The space is wonderful—comfortable, clean, and well stocked. The owners have truly thought of everything. It’s steps from the pool, which is so nice (especially with two kids who want to go to the pool several times a day!) and a short, easy walk to whalers village and the beach. We have stayed in other units at kaanapali royal before but will come back to this unit because of the owners. They’re so nice, responsive, and truly care about the quality of our stay. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Thank you!

This condo was everything we could have hoped for and more. The location is fantastic — close to everything, yet still peaceful and relaxing. The unit itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and fully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The amenities were top-notch and made our trip even better.The host was truly amazing — responsive, friendly, and made the entire experience seamless from start to finish. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Maui and would absolutely return without hesitation. This condo had everything we needed in it! We loved that it wasn’t kept bare bones as other vacation rentals often do. Manager was attentive and answered questions immediately. The location with the pool was wonderful and location was perfect for whalers village and the beach. Close to kapalua bay too for the best snorkeling! Highly recommend!

For a family of four this place did not disappoint. Lots of room! Bedrooms and bathrooms are great. Kitchen has everything needed to cook any meal and a beautiful patio too. A short walk to Whalers Village and Kaanapali Beach. Will definitely be back.

Spacious, quiet and great kitchen

The home was perfect for us - a small group that needed a central location and a space to be both alone and together in the home. Kaanapali Royal did just that. It also had a great kitchen and was just steps away from the pool. Thanks much Stacie!

Thanks again for the incredible accommodations for our first time in Maui. The condo was clean, well stocked, and the perfect size for our family. We had friends staying in your other condo next door and we could not have picked a better spot! the best part was the main floor location, proximity to the pool, beach, and whalers village. The pool was always quiet compared to the large resorts on the beach... we had the whole pool to ourselves most days! we can't wait to come back and stay here again....

Love this place!

Today is check-out day for us in this wonderful condo. Heading over to our time-share right on the beach today for our second week and I’m actually a little sad. This location is spectacular—so close to Ka’anapali beach (without the crowds), the condo itself is spectacular (pool is just a stone throw away), and parking never an issue. Absolutely hope to stay here again. AND Stacie was very communicative. All-in-all——max stars.

Christmas Vacation

First, I like to thank the owners for sharing their home. This trip was definitely one that won't be forgotten. So many precious memories made during our two week stay. The place is in a convenient location and was well cleaned and stocked. The layout was fantastic as it provided lots of space for everyone. Pool and hot tub were clean as well. Stacie was fantastic to work with and she provided all the information ahead of time which made check-in was a breeze.The entire group was super pleased and enjoyed every moment. We would absolutely stay here again!

Vacation with no AV

We booked this property because of the location and the fact that it had AC, however the AC did not work. The owners did send the repair people over several times to work on it but it did not get fixed until 2 days before we were getting ready to leave The air vents were nasty dirty along with the air filter that the repair person changed on the 1st visit. The owners continued to tell us that we were not shutting the doors correctly… they had sensors on them… when in fact we were On the last visit by the repair person he stated that the sensors were defective and that was causing the problem along with a faulty controller.

These renters were extremely difficult. We sent our ac company out three times, at great expense - once even on the Presidents holiday weekend. They could find no problems with the system. The guests kept changing the thermostat settings and the system would quit. In 17 years, we have never had a guest complain about the ac system, and we spent more time and expense trying to resolve their issues than we have ever had to do for any other guests. In the end, they tried to shake us down for a refund, which we refused. Thus the negative review. Be warned - never rent to them!

Just what we had waited for!

We were lucky enough to have two weeks here at the beginning of January. We are so thankful that Stacie, Tom and Judy opened up their space for us. It truly was amazing. This unit is fully stocked and had everything we needed during our stay. It was a very comfortable stay and was exactly what was listed in the description. One surprise to us was the updated master bathroom, the shower is amazing. They really should update their photos! We loved to eat our meals out on the lanai and play cards out there until curfew time. We’ve stayed at Kaanapali Royal before so we were familiar with the grounds/area but there is a lot of info given by Stacie before arriving which would help someone not so familiar. We loved being so close to the pool and at times it felt like a private pool because of how quiet it is. We’d prefer this any day over a busy resort pool! We also had the unit rented their other unit directly beside this one for our mother and sisters. It was so convenient having them right there next to us. We did have a few cockroaches who joined us on the lanai, but that comes with the climate so they don’t scare us away! Overall we were very pleased with this unit and the decision to stay here. We would definitely recommend it and would love to return here some day again!

Fantastic Condos!

We rented both condos for our family in October and had a really great experience! Stacie was wonderful to work with! The condos are beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you need. We loved that the pool was really close to the condos, that you could walk to the Whalers and the Fairway plaza. J102 had a wonderful surprise with 2 fridge drawers which really came in handy for all our drinks. We’d love to come back next year!! Thanks so much for sharing your wondering condos!

Why they chose this property

We originally chose to purchase on Maui in order to escape Vancouver's rain. Its proximity to the mainland and reliable climate made it an ideal choice. We love Kaanapali because of it's size; it's quiet, yet there are so many options for great dining and wonderful beaches nearby.

What makes this property unique

Our place is meticulously cared for, and provides a luxurious place to come back to while visiting Maui. We try to provide everything you could need within the kitchen and have an assortment of beach toys and games for renters to use during their stay. Our aim is for you to feel at home so that you’ll come back over and over again!
