Come see this gorgeous and perfectly maintained view home in the highly coveted Bay Park community! Located on a quiet cul-de-sac on top of the hill, this home is one of the few on the street with this West-facing view. Perfect for sunsets and enjoying summer nights watching the SeaWorld firework show, this backyard is an entertainers dream. With the custom sliding doors opening up to the secondary living area, you'll be sure to enjoy the ocean breeze as a nice alternative to the homes central A/C. As you enter the home, the open living area/dining room is right off the spacious kitchen. With many windows and skylights throughout, this home is as bright and inviting as it gets. You're nearby Tecolote Canyon Park, Mission Bay, Fiesta Island, USD, and all necessary amenities. Easy freeway access, too!
