Gorgeous Lake Side Escape Near The White Mountains Of NH
This house is truly a vacationers dream! Located in Tuftonboro on lower beach pond you will find yourself in an outdoor oasis. Everything you could need is at your fingertips; Take a dip in the lake, Use one of the canoes or kayaks, smores by the fire pit, lots of local hiking trails, cooking with friends and family in the gourmet kitchen, and so much more!
Sagecroft has 4 bedrooms:
The master suite, with a king size bed
2nd bedroom has a queen size bed
3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds
4th bedroom has a queen size bed
The master bedroom has a very large en suite bathroom with a soaking tub, and walk in shower. You will also find a washer and dryer before entering the walk in closet.
A half bath when first walking into the main level of the house, and a full bathroom on the lower level with a separate soaking tub, and rain shower.
The lowel level of the house also offers it's own entrance, and kitchenette. This is very convenient for a couple looking to have more privacy, or a family with children.
The house is located in quiet Tuftonboro, but is a 7 minute drive into quaint downtown Wolfeboro on Lake Winnipesaukee where there are upscale shops, fine dining, and casual restaurants.

This house is grand, yet cozy. There is so much to do at the house, but also, skiing, hiking, outlet shopping, restaurants, and so much more within a short distance.
What makes this property unique
Private swimming beach and dock, and views of the lake from basically every room. Who could ask for more!
