This is a good place to stay if you want or need to be close to St. Joe like we did. Tim and Julia were easy to communicate with and answered any messages or questions promptly. He knew what time we were arriving and left the door open for us, which was nice. We only used one bedroom, but both were cozy and it was very quiet. The kitchen area could use an update, but we just needed the stove and we brought our own air fryer. We sat outside a couple of times, which was cool. Travelers should note you have to carry your luggage down a short flight of stairs. We'll stay there again since we travel to MN a couple times a year.
