About this property
Oceanfront, Dog & Family Friendly, sleeps up to 5 in a small beach town.
Location is the name of the game at the Beach Bungalow!
Set on the beach in our tiny beach town of surfing fame, you are a short stroll from everything you'll want from numerous restaurants, beach and surf shops, grocers, and seafood markets featuring fresh local fish and shrimp.
Our 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath villas are a stone's throw from the beach with everything you'll need for a great beach vacation.
Along with the contemporary furnishing, custom hardwood floors and staircases, exotic tile work and incredible direct oceanfront views; each villa also has its own private tropical garden/deck area with your own private in ground spa.
Included are beach towels, beach chairs, toys, body boards, and umbrellas; along with full sets of linens and towels for each bedroom and bath. Plus the villa has a full size washer/dryer in your own garage where the beach equipment is also stored.
Both bedrooms and 2 full baths are upstairs. The master suite has a king bed and french doors leading to a private oceanfront balcony with an incredible oceanfront view. You can even watch the rocket launches from your private balcony!
The first floor of each 1490 sqft villa has a full kitchen, dining area, half bath and living room opening to your private, fully fenced tropical garden with hammock, barbecue, and your own private in ground spa.
If you are traveling with your four legged friend(s), they'll fall in love with laying around on the cooling French terracotta and marble floors and the early morning beach walks. Plus there's a good dog park nearby.
Prior to check in we will email you a full guide to the local attractions and amenities.
The Bungalow is fully licensed by the state of Florida (FL license #TAP1505304) and is a decades long local Chamber of Commerce member in very good standing, so your beach vacation will be in the best of hands.
See you at the beach!

Why they chose this property
Location, location, location. The Beach Bungalow is on the closest beach to DisneyWorld and our dog & family friendly oceanfront villas are within a couple of blocks of all the amenities in our little beach town, including numerous restaurants, shops, .
What makes this property unique
Oceanfront and sunset balconies, custom wood and tile work throughout, Private and fully fenced deck/garden area with your own private in ground spa. All within a small beach town with everything you'd ever need within a few blocks of your villa at the Beach Bungalow. The perfect place to kick back and enjoy beach life.
The Bungalow also has some interesting historical significance too. A woman named Dorothea Minskoff had it built in 1979 and lived in what is now the Palms villa until passing away in 1987. You can check her out on Wikipedia.
Dorothea was a lead prosecuting attorney at the Nuremberg Trials. She and her husband were the only husband and wife legal team among the many hundreds of legal staff in Nuremberg from the four prosecuting countries; USA, France, UK, and the USSR.
I purchased the building from her estate in 1987.
There has always been a very calm vibe about the Beach Bungalow felt by many of our guests, even above the comforting nature of small town beach living or the comfortable setting of the villas. Time can stop here. People get to relax and just be. Off to the balcony, crosswalk or beach for sunrise (maybe), coffee and toast or croissants on the oceanfront balcony, then maybe choose to set up camp with umbrellas and beach chairs, strolling back and forth to the Bungalow for fresh beverages, an early afternoon nap, then a nice sunset beach stroll or evening one to check for turtles crawling out of the sea to lay their eggs.. Having kept her cool while prosecuting atrocities, she left a calm demeanor in the bones of the building.
Maybe someday there will be a movie about those years in Nuremberg, a town suddenly inundated with the prosecuting staff. The USA alone had 640 people. What were the bars like on a Friday night? And all the interaction between the staffs of four different countries, after winning a war they all fought in? Definitely the stuff of movies.
Yes, the Bungalow is unique. Book a week and find out. :)
