GH-191 Relax at Beech Ridge the Perfect Beech Mountain Stay

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this welcoming centrally-located 3/3, 1450 sq. ft. family-friendly home. Enjoy beautiful, serene views from the main deck.

This is our second home. We love spending time here, and have made sure that it will be a special place for your getaway.

Beech Ridge is a cozy mountain home just minutes from the Beech Mountain ski resort, Buckeye Lake, the Overlook Barn and the Beech Mountain Club. The open-concept kitchen/ living/ dining area has a wall of glass doors overlooking nearly 80 acres of undeveloped land and long-range mountain views. In the summer the deck offers panoramic sunset views, and in the cooler months you can enjoy the changing leaves and snow covered mountain. The upstairs bedroom has a twin daybed with trundle and an attached bath. Downstairs you will find a large master suite with a private deck, beautiful winter views, a king size bed, and a quiet workspace. The third bedroom (also downstairs) has a queen bed and en-suite bath. All three bedrooms have a TV with Roku, and if you’re feeling nostalgic the living room TV also has a DVD player with plenty of movie options. For skiers, boarders, and mountain bikers, the entrance to the ski resort on Beech Mountain Parkway is a 5-minute drive. For families with younger children, a pack’n play and baby gates are available, and Fireman’s Park playground is just around the corner. The Beech Mountain Club golf course and clubhouse (home to many wedding receptions) are within walking distance, and club membership can be transferred (extra fees apply; not included in rental fee). This is an ideal place to relax, enjoy, and create memories.

Other details to note

1. There are stairs going up and down to each level of the house once you enter the foyer.

2. Our road is one of the first roads plowed after a fresh snow, but a 4-wheel drive/ AWD is required in winter weather.

3. An outdoor security camera covers the driveway and front door.

Great Proximty to Skiing and Pizza!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed a comfortable retreat both pre- and post-skiing this weekend. The space offered plenty of room, with stunning mountain views and an ideal location just minutes from Beech Mountain Ski Resort.

The best rental for families! The house was beautiful, functional, and sparkling clean. This host was so intentional with the way the house was stocked. Lots of dishes, utensils, cookware, olive oil and seasonings. There were dvds, card games, board games, and puzzles. Each room had a Roku tv and there was even a stocked first aid kit. Beds were comfortable, plenty of linens, towels, and paper products. We were less than 5 minutes from the slopes and the roads were well groomed. It honestly felt like staying at a friends house. Would love to stay here again!

I honestly can not say enough wonderful things about this cabin. In my opinion, it is absolutely stunning. To the beautiful wood flooring to the wood, vaulted ceiling. The dining room table is a dream. It’s a mix of timeless and modern. The views are breathtaking!! I simply wanted to book this cabin because of the giant window in the kitchen. The amenities were great and the kitchen was very well stocked with all the kitchen supplies. We cooked a lot! The only things we needed to replenish was paper towels, dishwasher pods, garbage bags, and toilet paper…simply because we extended our stay for two days. We stopped at the Food Lion in Banner Elk for perishable items on the trip up and then any other odds and ends we needed, we got at Fred’s.We got caught in the rare snow storm and couldn’t safely get off the mountain until the conditions were better. But it made for some fun snow time! The hosts/rental company were very accommodating and super helpful during that time. And we are incredibly thankful for all their help! It is perfectly located to Beech Mtn Resort, Fred’s, the sledding hill. Granted, we booked this in the dead winter so we had hoped for lots of snow and we definitely got our wish! The property itself was super fun to explore and we even had a fire in the fire pit. Oh and lots and lots of deer! Our time was adventurous but also super peaceful, all thanks to this amazing place. We will definitely book again!
