Villa Marina is situated beneath the mountain Učka, above Opatija, in a small quite village named Veprinac. It gives you the view over entire Kvarner bay, islands of Krk and Cres and Istra Peninsula. The location is fantastic for people who loves enjoying in nature, but at the same time, a walking distance to a beach resort Ičići.
It is located on a Walking Path to Ičići towards the sea (25 minute walk) or Veprinac and Učka towards the hillside. Closest beach (Ičići) is a few minutes car-drive, with many other beautiful beaches nearby.
Rijeka and Opatija are 15-20 minutes away by car. There you can visit museums, cultural events, shops… This region is famous for excellent restaurants and wine offer.

Villa Marina can ideally accommodate up to 8 persons.
At your disposal there are 4 bedrooms of which 3 bedrooms have a double bed and 1 bedroom has separate beds, 3 bathrooms of which 2 bathrooms are with toilet and shower and 1 bathroom with toilet, shower and jacuzzi, fully equipped kitchen connected with dining area, specious living room and taverns. There is also on your disposal a private gym and sauna which gives this villa a special wellness touch. Outside the house in nicely groomed garden with a private pool where you can relax and enjoy on the sun and as well outside fireplace were you can make barbecue and hangout with your friends and family. For the youngest there is also a children playground near the pool.
