The Ramat-Aviv neighborhood is located in northern Tel-Aviv and it is considered to be green and quiet, without compromising being at walking at distance from an amazing beach. The famous TLV University is close by within the neighborhood. You will be close to the most impressive mall in the city which is located within the neighborhood- The "Ramat-Aviv mall". The mall is consist of high-end fashion brands and more.. With a short 10 minute drive to the vibrant city center you really are enjoying the best of all worlds. The population of the neighborhood is typically high-income, You can whiteness it yourself just by looking at the two Ferrari sport cars (out of only a few in Israel) which park just next to you at the buildings gated underground garage. The area is also very welcoming to families with children, it has dozens of parks and playgrounds in different shapes and sizes, the closest one is just outside the building.
