Nestled in the small town of Campbellton, 5 minutes off the Road to the Isles, centrally located on the island, is this wonderful gem of a luxury vacation home, overlooking Notre Dame Bay. It has 3 bedrooms and two bathroom with a large loft. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen is worthy of anyones culinary skills. The magnificent great room boast large windows offering lots of sunlight and a spectuacular view of the bay. The town has a strawberry farm, farmers market and lobster pool when in season. Don't feel like cooking, visit "Cafe by the Bay" which has a varied menu as well as local fare.

Flighthouse is located 1 hour from the picturesque town of Twillingate, known for its famed iceberg ally and whale watching. Museums, gift shops, Auk Island Winery and the famous Dinner Theatre, just to mention a few of the attractions the town has to offer.

A trip to Fogo is a must to see the famed Fogo Island Inn, vacation home to the stars. While on the island visit Brimstone Head Trail one of the "four corners of the earth", only one of the lovely meandering trails to take in the breathtaking views, rugged coastline and possibly a herd of caribou, whales and magnificiant icebergs.

Flighthouse is located only 45 minutes from the Gander airport, 20 minutes from Lewisporte where you will find (major grocery stores, banks, Canadian tire (fishing supplies) and an array of restaurants, don't miss "Margo's" famous for her wedge fries, squid rings and Newfoundland fries (fries, dressing and gravy)

Beautiful home

Home bigger than we expected, fully equipped kitchen with everything to cook full meals. Wonderful views of the bay from indoors as well as on the patio. Ideally situated, halfway between Gander and Twillingate. Host was efficient during the reservation process and during our stay. I definitely recommend this vacation rental.

Was a beautiful home, we didn’t cook but everything was definitely set up for cooking. We enjoyed our stay, was great to sit on the deck for morning coffee. Very nice layout for 2 couples with bedrooms at each end of the house with own bathrooms. Nice to have access to washer and dryer

The house was so much better than I thought, it's just beautiful. The location is an hour from Twillingate, and 20 mins from Lewisporte. I wished there were restaurants closer, but with food shopping before arrival the place works perfectly!

Great Stay

This is a high end rental property. Beautiful house in a quiet area with a great deck overlooking the water. The house has every amenity required for a comfortable stay. There is a seafood market just down the road where we ordered fresh lobster and crab, which they cooked for us so we could take it back to the house. What a great meal. Well worth the additional cost to stay in a great place.
