New fully furnished and equipped apartment in Miraflores (one of the best tourist districts in Lima); ideal for tourists, business or families. Building with 24 hour security surveillance. Steps away from “Malecon de la Marina” and Maria Reiche Park, with beautiful gardens, playgrounds and a walking path to the Costa Verde beaches with a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean. You will be staying in one of the best gastronomic areas of Lima, with famous restaurants where you will find the best Peruvian food.
The building has 24 hours security and video surveillance. For an additional fee, we offer round trip transportation from the airport.
If you are planning to visit Cuzco, just let us know and we will provide you an excellent service guided tour contact for your visit to the modern wonder of the world!
Even though check-out time is at 11:00hrs, our guests are able to keep their luggage in a locked storage room inside the building without any cost.

Nice 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Apartment Close to many Attractions

We all enjoyed staying at Patricia's apartment. There are plenty of fresh fruit and produce stands within a block. You can also walk down to the Mercado where you can buy all kinds of fruits, meats and vegetables. Larco Mall is probably a 20 minute walk as well as the downtown area with lots of restaurants. Apartment seems to be recently renovated and modern. Very affordable over the option of staying at a hotel with the convenience of having a kitchen.

Patrica, Andre and Lilly were amazing hosts. Apartment perfectly located and has great charm. Very secure building with very friendly staff. The only negative is there is no AC and not enough fans to cool down. Our driver Isadoro was by far the best desicion we made... Driving in Lima is insane. No Beuno!!!! We will be back!! Hasta Luego

Excellent pick

I can’t say enough great things about this experience. The description is spot on, no deception. The location was perfect and the apartment was very roomy, clean and well maintained. Bottle water was waiting for us, which was a super nice touch when we arrived thirsty and tired. Miguel was an absolute professional. He responded promptly to all my inquiries and had the bathroom issue fixed immediately. So all in all, we will definitely come back here.

Great place with short walk to food and ocean.

Unit is comfortable on a street with food, drink and specialty shops on a six block walk to the ocean. We were out most every night and streets had security and were very quiet.
