Wake up to shimmering water views, spend your day swimming, fishing, paddle boarding, or kayaking from your private dock, then relax on the sunny lakeside deck with a glass of wine as the sun sets in a blaze of color.

This dog-friendly getaway is perfectly located just minutes from world-class wineries, breweries, and distilleries, and close to the Keuka and Seneca Wine Trails, Watkins Glen State Park with its famous gorge and waterfalls, lets not forget the Nascar Race in Watkins Glen. And, the many charming towns of Hammondsport, Penn Yan, and Corning.

Inside, you’ll find an open-concept living area with lake-view windows, a fully equipped kitchen, and cozy bedrooms. Outside, enjoy a campfire by the water, cook on the Blackstone griddle, or challenge friends and family to a live size Connect 4, and/or choose from our many board games.

Beautiful cottage but was still comfortable Liked had 3 floors so we each kind of took a floor This gave everyone their own space Wish there was a little more grass for dog but I just took her across the street My family plans on coming back Also had to call host twice and she answered right away Gave very good instructions on the leaving of the cottage Left nice welcome gifts and overall a friendly feel of host and cottage.

This property checks all of the boxes. Beautifully maintained and welcoming. There were kayaks, floats, and a row boat available to guests. So many different hangout “zones” to choose from. Everything was well stocked and clean when we arrived. This home is Close to a lot of attractions. Watkins glen is only 20 minutes or so away. My husband and I traveled with our almost 2 year old and dog and everyone had the best time. We only wish we had more time and would love to come back with a bigger group some day.

I can't express how in love we fell with this property. We booked it for a girls weekend get away and to say that we were blown away by every part of this house would be an understatement. The attention to detail was amazing. The communication with the owner could not have been better. The cleanliness of the house was outstanding. The views were spectacular If I could give this more than 5 stars 🤩 I would!!! Just PHENOMENAL!!!! We will be back!! Thank u for sharing ur property with us!!!
