We are situated approximately 25 min SE of Atlanta, traffic dependent. Many amenities/sightseeing opportunities: ATL Speedway, Coca Cola Museum, CNN Center, State Farm Arena, MLK Center, ATL Aquarium, Tanger Mall, Stockbridge Amphitheater, International Horse Park, restaurants and more. The best of both worlds, city life/peace and quiet are at your disposal. Pond on premises.

Smoking cleaning fee of $250 for violators. Late departure fee/ $40 per hr. Cleaning crew that comes at 11:00. No parking in grass or blocking drive
$30 fee unwashed dishes. No filming or production on premises without contractual agreement. You are responsible for damages created during your stay.

Our host, Carla was great! She has everything we could possible need ready for us when we arrived. Check in and check out was easy. The property was was beautiful, quiet and secluded while still being close to town. The rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious. We loved being able to walk out the door and see the pond. It was a very relaxing stay and we would visit again next time we are traveling.

Super convenient for us, visiting family in a nearby town; excellent grocery nearby. Really lovely deck to over-watch the pond and frogs, and appreciate cool trees & plants. Good beds! Really tucked in, safe, good parking and 100% reasonable pricing.Check in with the host about any mobility challenges. There are uneven stairs down to the unit, and a step up/step down to the toilet and tub/shower. Absolutely fine for the fully able-bodied, and worth noting for anyone who is not. We loved the place and will be back!
