About this property

This newly renovated spacious home sits on a private drive just three homes from an expansive private beach. Complete update in 22, a brand new subzero, a home office / gym flex room as well as a 3 stop elevator with indoor and outdoor access. There is ample parking for many cars. The home sleeps 11 and boasts four bedrooms three full and two half baths. The upper level includes an oversized kitchen, living, and dining area. The kitchen features quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances.

Upper level leads to a large deck with outdoor seating and grill. First floor includes a large living area and spectacular sun room with two stories of windows. The home has a large master and junior master suite each with their own private bathroom. Every bedroom and living room features a flat screen TV. Laundry rooms are on both the upper and lower levels. Heading outside, you will find a private fully landscaped outdoor space. Heated black bottom pool, seven person hot tub, and large open area for lounging, grilling, and dining. Outdoor refrigerator and shower also provided. Beach access is close to Barnegat Light lifeguard stand. The lifeguard is one beach over. 10 beach badges are provided with your stay.

Wonderful Home

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this lovely home. The house is beautifully maintained and extremely comfortable. Our adult children visited for a few days and there was plenty of room for everyone. The pool is delightful and we were literally steps from the beach. The owner is extremely responsive and helpful. We will certainly stay again.

Great family house with pool by private beach!

Our family of 5 shared this house with another family of 5, it was perfect for 10 people! The highlight of this house is the heated pool and hot tub in the backyard, and the short 2 min. walk to a private beach. Two laundry rooms for two families worked great, and it was also convenient to have an outdoor refrigerator and extra grill by the pool. Another wonderful convenience was the new indoor elevator which was a great help in bringing all our luggage up and down when checking in and out. Kitchen was well equipped and in a open, spacious setting. The outdoor shower and multiple hoses were also great to wash sand off from the beach. We also really enjoyed the fire pit area in the evenings. There were board games and beach toys that our kids enjoyed playing with, so you don't have to bring too much. In addition to 10 beach tags, there were also 7 beach chairs to use. The sofa in the lower den area by the sun room also opens up to a bed, so our aero bed was not needed. We rented our linens from Connie at LBI DreamMakers, who is also the rental manager. Both she and the owner of the house, Debra, were very responsive and helpful with all my questions and requests. Overall, we were very happy with the house and would recommend it.

Amazing property. Very friendly Hosts

This property and the entire experience dealing with the owners was one of the best we've had on the island. House has very good layout- Was perfect for our family and friends. Rooms are specious and beautiful. Common areas are also big and situated perfectly for the entertaining both adults and kids separately. Backyard is huge and allowed kids and our dog to have great time outside as well inside. Pool is amazing. House is located Only a few houses from the beach on a very private street. Owners were very professional and friendly. They were a pleasure to deal with. Will come back to stay in this house: Thank you!
