12 year Oceanside resort home featuring 3 full floors of living space with elevator. Comfortably sleeps 16 in our 8 bedroom home. Beautifully appointed home has a reverse living floor plan with the upper level open floor plan including living room, sitting area with fire place, kitchen with Viking 6 burner stove/oven, subzero refrigerator, large countertop with bar stools to enjoy breakfast or casual dinner, banquette with large round dining table and Tommy Bahama chairs for dining, and open deck fully furnished with dining table and gas grill, overlooking private pool and fire pit... There's even a Big Green Egg for barbecuing!

Rooftop deck boasts panoramic views of LBI both ocean and bay.

The home is located on a private single loaded tract with only four homes on lane. Walk two homes away to private entrance to sprawling private beach. Lifeguards are steps away.

Enjoy the gorgeous built in heated pool with attached hot tub/spa. Relax on a chaise while listening to music or take a break under a covered lanai on a rocking chair or comfy seat. There are plenty of places to enjoy the seashore on any of the decks. Main deck has a separate sitting area with sofa and swivel chairs. Rooftop deck is a perfect place to enjoy breakfast while watching the sunrise or cocktails during sunset. Enjoy a private place to sunbath on one of the chaise lounges as you set your golden tan.

Bikini beach is the perfect place for a family vacation. The open floor plan lends to great gatherings or you can retreat to your fully appointed bedrooms to watch television or enjoy quiet time! It is a smoke-free home and kept in immaculate condition.

Beautiful Home

This home literally has everything that you can think of - easily the best equipped home we’ve ever stayed at. The house itself is beautifully appointed and the pool and grounds are an oasis. The host, Suzanne is unbelievably responsive. Definitely an “11” out of 10! Will definitely make this an annual destination.

Perfect Week in Loveladies

Our week at LBI was just perfect. The location and proximity to the beach is amazing, the pool is gorgeous and the house is clean and well stocked with everything you may need while on vacation. I highly recommend this property and hope to rent again next Summer.
