Gorgeous vacation oasis! In desirable Loveladies, LbI. Only one and half short block to the beach.
It is a reverse living home. The 2nd floor features open layout, very spacious fabulous kitchen and living room with gas fire place. Flat screen TV above mantle. Primary bed room with en suite bathroom with walk in shower and whirlpool soaking tub. There is also a bedroom with full size bed on this level with a shared hall bathroom with walk in shower. Large deck partially covered with fan and gas grill.
On the first floor there is a second primary bedroom with en suite bathroom with walk in shower. There is also a shared hall bathroom with a tub on the first level. There is a bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds (twin over twin and twin over full). There is a bedroom with a queen size bed and a bedroom with twin beds. Additional family room with flat screen TV on the first floor. Both of the primary bedrooms have flat screen TV's. Roof top Deck with spectacular view of bay and partial view of the ocean. Perfect for watching the sunrise and sunset. Large back yard with in ground heated salt water pool. Near by cabana with fan and large flat screen TV and outdoor kitchen, perfect for watching the kids in the pool while you cook. Beach chairs and 6 beach badges are provided.
Long Beach Island is a family, friendly vacation spot along the Jersey shore. The resort home is in Loveladies, North end of the Island near the lighthouse. There is shuttle service that runs from the north end to the island to the south end of the island. Some attractions are Fantasy Island Amusement park and Arcade. There is a water park, mini golf. You can rent a boat, jet skies or kayaks. Atlantic city is 40mins away.

Great family stay

This house was laid out perfectly for a family. Plenty of space and the location is amazing. The heated salt water pool was so fun! You definitely don’t need to bring a single thing to the beach- they have tons of beach toys, pool floats, boogie boards, bikes of all sizes, beach carts, umbrellas, a sunshade.. you name it. In fact, we over packed because I didn’t realize how many things they had stocked there :) will be back!

Amazing property in great area

The house is just as good as the ad says! The property owner was very responsive and the house was extremely clean. You couldn’t ask for a more amazing outdoor area – the pool is beautiful, plenty of umbrellas and shade, and the grill area with the couches and the TV make for fun nights with the family. Can’t recommend enough!!

Amazing Family Beach Vacation!

My family stayed here for a week in July and had the best vacation! Between the pool, the quick walk to the beach, the beautiful home, amazing location and all the amenities we enjoyed every second and needed nothing! House came with all the pool and beach toys you could want!! Anna is just wonderful and was available to us 24/7. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend!!

Our stay was amazing! The house was perfect for our family. The kitchen was stocked with enough plates and silverware for our large family. The pool was amazing! We spent the whole week outside in and by the pool. Recommend this house to anyone!

This property is exceptional. Wonderful layout inside (private, spacious bedrooms on lower level, great open spaces on the top floor) and out (pool, bar and bbq, covered patio area with tv, upper floor deck/dining and crow's nest seating area). The very responsive owner put a lot of thought into making this the perfect beach rental home, and stocked it with everything that you could need (beach buggies, games, toys, endless chairs and pool floats, etc.). Having stayed on this street multiple times before, I can say with confidence that this rental is top notch!

Well equipped house , fabulous sunsets

Been renting beach houses for a long time and this house sits as one of the nicest. Quiet area of island , clean with a well stocked kitchen, fantastic pool area, use and of bikes, buggies and boogies boards and short walk across street to lifeguarded beach. Sunsets from the roof deck were amazing. Only negative was the lack of bathroom on pool level but positives outweigh this small negative big time. Great stay - thank you so much.

Awesome Beach House

We loved this beach house. The home was absolutely beautiful. We were 3 families for a total of 13 and did not feel cramped. Plenty of space for all and a separate living room for kids was a plus. We were less than 5 minutes to the beach and the house was fully stocked with beach supplies: umbrella, chairs, toys, beach carts. The location was perfect. We were 5 minutes from party boat fishing and 2.5 mile bike ride to sunset park. The pool was so refreshing after a long day at the beach and the roof top deck had amazing views. We really enjoyed our trip and would rent again! Thanks for everything Ana!

Lovely week in LBI

Excellent accommodations for a large family in a quiet, upscale, residential location on Long Beach Island. Easy walk to the beach, but the heated pool was wonderful to have in a not so good weather week. Outdoor kitchen near pool and additional grill on deck near main kitchen are ideal for vacationers. Roof deck has beautiful views of the bay and ocean. There was ample parking for our five cars. The home itself is modern, very clean and well equipped. Ana could not have been more accommodating and helpful. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time there and hope to return someday.

We had a great time in LBI at this house. The location is really good - just a few minute walk from the beach. The house itself is clean and new, with a great set up for a big family. The pool and outdoor area are ideal - very spacious, different areas for activities (i.e., pool, lounging, TV, grilling/eating, cornhole, etc.). The owners are really nice and were incredibly responsive to any questions.

Spectacular Home for a Fall Weekend Away !!

The house is brand new and absolutely beautiful! There were 6 adult couples in the house in their mid 30s and for the first time ever in the history of me organizing group houses, EVERYONE was happy about their accommodations. The floor-plan, space, and amenities allowed for everyone to enjoy each other's company but also have the option to retreat to the deck, rooftop, or one of the 2 sitting areas for privacy (not to mention the guys loved this for watching sports). The house was modern, spacious, and the décor was perfect, not to mention beds were very comfortable. We spent the weekend together at the house as I was getting married at the Bonnet Island Estate nearby and wanted my close friends to be all together instead of isolated in seperate hotel rooms-- best decision ever as it made the weekend that much more exciting for everyone and maximized our visit with each other. We were fortunate enough to have great weather so we were able to sit and enjoy the panoramic views from the rooftop, and also walk to the beach - a short walk away. Ana was very responsive and informative, making the whole process quick and easy during a VERY busy time for me, which was greatly appreciated. It was a an extremely successful weekend and we will certainly be returning in the summer when we can make use of the unground pool!

Beautiful Loveladies New Construction - great for big family vacation

We had such a great time at this gorgeous home. It had everything we could possibly need and the pool was a major plus. It even came equipped with nice floats and rafts, which were great for the kids. The beds were comfortable and everyone usually congregated on the main level by the kitchen, which was nice and open with a great flow. We would definitely come back again!

Every year my parents, sister, and brothers travel to LBI for a week to reunite our kids for a week at the beach. This year we could not have been happier with the house we chose. Beautiful house and gorgeous pool; only a two minute walk to a beautiful beach. The owner of the property was VERY accommodating and made sure our vacation was absolutely perfect. The house is beautiful!! The pictures do not do it justice.... it is stunning, modern, very clean and super close to the beach. The pool is big and kept very clean. There were lots of floats and pool accessories the kids really enjoyed. Ana was such a pleasure to rent from!! She is super sweet and helpful! Our family had an amazing time. The balcony off of the kitchen was so useful and a great place to relax. Also, the roof top sitting area was nice and had a great view. We would 100% recommend this home and hopefully rent again soon!

Beautiful new home, close to beach

The home is truly lovely. The views from the rooftop and upstairs patios are beautiful, especially at sunset. The backyard with large eating space and heated pool is a wonderful addition. The kitchen is large and spacious; perfect for making meals for large groups. Ana was wonderful to work with while arranging our stay. She was polite, friendly, and professional. She was available for contact at any point that we needed help during our stay. Our group had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay at the house again, and highly recommend the house to others.
