Less than 2 miles from St. Luke’s Boise Medical Center, this home offers two private bedrooms, each with keypad locks, one room has an attached private bathroom, the other bathroom is separate. A spacious kitchen, a cozy living room, and storage room to store bikes or water gear. Beautiful laundry room, all with new appliances. Complete with fenced yard, and patio area to relax in the mornings, evenings, and afternoons!
This 1950's home has been recently updated and ready for your traveling professional stay! Having been a travel nurse, I understand the need for good sleep including black out curtains, good cotton sheets, and comfortable places to rest. I have included everything you need to get to your shift on-time, and relax when you're off!

What makes this property unique

I love the mail nook in the front living room. Mail is delivered through a slot in the front entrance, and you can find it when opening the closet door. The shaded back yard is also nice to relax in.
